Every Yoga Kids session will start with a group mindfulness exercise to focus and calm both the mind and body. Throughout the class we will practice doing fun and challenging yoga poses, working on our own mats and with partners, playing games, and ending with a quiet story and relaxation. We will encourage and support each other, and work on our own self-confidence and awareness. Each class will run for 45 minutes. 6 week series (skip April 22). Boys and girls grades 1-5.
