This program is designed to teach young athletes the sport of track. Run by Chris Benestad, USA Track and Field Level 2 certificed coach.

  • This program is designed to teach young athletes the sport of track and field. Track and Field events involve strength, endurance, power, coordination, and speed. Learn all of these athletic skills while having fun and meeting new training partners.
  • At the end of the program, kids will be able to run faster and further by concentrating on form drills, endurance training, and speed work.
  • This program is designed to teach running, relay races, and jumping events in a fun and relaxed environment. Instructor Chris Benestad is a USA Track and Field Level 2 certified coach and has over 20 seasons coaching experience in high school cross country and track and field.
  • Please wear comfortable clothing for exercise, wear running sneakers and bring a water bottle.
