Have you ever wanted to run a 5K race, but just didn’t know where to start? Are you running on a regular basis, but are having a hard time getting faster? Join Northborough’s adult spring running program designed to get you in your best shape for a 5K road race.

This training program will teach you correct running form, strength exercises, and speed drills to help you get the most out of your running. The program will include advice on workouts for non-meeting days. Chris Benestad, instructor, is a USA Track and Field Level 2 certified coach and has raced distances from 5k through marathon.
